disclaimer and Privacy Policy
Present rules and disclaimer applies to website www.digitalforall.eu (also referred to as DigitalForAll). The owner of website is SA Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Fond, who has a right to amend the rules without previous notification. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account. By using DigitalForAll You agree to be bound by the present rules detailed below.
1. Rules for using DigitalForAll
1.1. You have to register to be able to use DigitalForAll.
1.1.1. While registering you do not have to use your real name but can use the alias.
1.1.2. You are advised to use a strong password and keep it confidential.
1.1.3. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
1.1.4. You can close your account at any time.
1.1.5. DigitalForAll has a right to delete your account and registration without notice and explanation.
1.2 You are advised to share feedback on the accessibility of websites and applications and comment on other’s feedback. Information and content that you share or post will be seen by other people.
1.3. DigitalForAll has a right to remove any information you share, post or comment without notice and explanation.
1.4. The information and comments posted by others might be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. DigitalForAll is not responsible for others’ comment or information.
1.5. When writing a post or comment you are obligated to follow following rules:
1.5.1. Be civil to and respectful in expressing yourself. Discuss or argue issues, do not attack people, be they other commenters, an author, or the subject of a story. DigitalForAll have a zero-tolerance approach to user-to-user personal abuse.
1.5.2. Racist, sexist, homophobic or generally hate filled comments have no place here

1.5.4. Don’t submit anything that contains personal information (either your own or someone else’s) or disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information)
1.5.5. Don’t submit anything that is illegal, encourages illegal activity, defamatory, infringed anyone’s rights, spam or flooding, contains links to download anything that might contain viruses, spyware, paywalls etc
1.5.6. Impersonating someone else is prohibited.
1.5.7. No advertisement or any posts that are made for financial gain (including sponsorship).
1.5.8. Comply with the law, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, and good practice.
1.6. We don’t promise to store or keep showing any information and content that you’ve posted. DigitalForAll is not a storage service. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in clause 3.
1.7. DigitalForAl does not generally monitor information, posts or comments for inappropriate postings, and does not undertake editorial control of postings. DigitalForAl, however, reserve the right to prevent posting to DigitalForAl in the event of failure to comply with present regulation or law.

2.1. The information contained on DigitalForAll is for general information purposes only. All post and comments expressed in DigitalForAll is personal views of individual users and do not represent the opinions of DigitalForAll or its owners.

2.8. DigitalFor All will not be liable to you in connection with present rules for any amount that exceeds 500 EUR.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1. DigitalForAll is committed to ensuring the protection of collected personal data in accordance with all applicable legislation, including European Union legislation.
3.2. By navigating DigitalForAll website you are bound by this privacy policy.
3.3. Data is collected by SA Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Fond, registry code 90000145.
3.4. Most of the collected data has been entered by you when registering on DigitalForAll. Such data includes your name, your username and e-mail. You might provide us with additional information when customizing your account or when you participate in surveys, dispute resolution, customer service discussion or if you contact DigitalForAll for any other reason.
3.5. DigitalForAll securely stores your data on secure servers located in the European Union. Servers are hosted by our partners in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.
3.6. DigitalForAll will keep your data until the end of the expiration period, which is usually 10 years. Once this time period has expired, DigitalForAll will delete your data automatically.
3.7. Our lawful bases for collecting and processing your information is for giving you access to DigitalForAll. We do not need information you provide for any other reasons, except for the cases dispute resolution, customer service discussion or if you contact DigitalForAll for any other reason.
3.8. DigitalForAll do not sell, distribute or lease any of your information to anyone who doesn’t require that information on legal grounds.
3.9. DigitalForAll’s trusted third party processors are contractually bound and have technical, organisational and security measures in place to keep your information confidential and use it only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
3.10. You are entitled to the following:
3.10.1. The right to access – You have the right to request DigitalForAll for copies of your personal information. We may charge you a small fee for this service. Your right to access shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
3.10.2. The right to rectification – You have the right to request that DigitalForAll correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request DigitalForAll to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
3.10.3. The right to withdraw your consent – If you have given DigitalForAll consent for processing your information then you have a right to withdraw your consent to processing of your information at any time.
3.10.4. The right to erasure – You have the right to request that DigitalForAll erase your personal data, under certain conditions, especially those specified in GDPR.
3.10.5. The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that DigitalForAll restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions, especially those specified in GDPR.
3.10.6. The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to DigitalForAll’s processing of your personal data when the basis of processing is our legitimate interests, under certain conditions, especially those specified in GDPR.
3.10.7. The right to data portability – You have the right to request that DigitalForAll transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions, especially those specified in GDPR.
3.11. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. Generally exercising of the above right’s is free of charge. In case requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive we may charge an appropriate fee (at most our actual costs), in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations, or refuse to process the application.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
5.1. Relationship between you and DigitalForAll shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia without regards to its conflict of law rules.
5.2. All disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian court – Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).
